Countless of studies provide countless of information, some contradictory, that could lead one confused. If caffeine does lead one away from depression, it certainly sounds a healthier habit than one lived on antidepressants.

There are many benefits supposedly produced by antidepressant drugs like paxil, zoloft, celexa and others but many of these claims are inconconclusive information. This may mislead some into thinking that they are good for them but generally, what they mean is that studies show that these effects are associated with taking the drug but they could be brought about by some other factor, not relating to the drug.

There are many diseases that can be caused by too much coffee. Coffee may even create an addiction that when taken out of one's system, can cause physical symptoms. Though the association of coffee to depression needs further research to fully understand it. One of the medications used in depression is Zoloft. To get more information about it, see this site http://www.zoloftsertralinebirthdefects.com/z... .

I tried drinking coffee because they say it is an antioxidant. But it did not work for me. I had trouble sleeping and it made me irritable the next day. Actually, I was suffering from depression that time. I made myself a workaholic until my psychiatrist told me to enjoy. I was reluctant to try antidepressants because I read about its side effects.
