TABLE FOR TWO: Mini pizzas are quick and easy appetizers

My mother absolutely loved to throw parties and was known far and wide -- well, from Hollywood to Van Nuys, anyway -- as the "hostess with the mostest." Throughout my childhood and well into my adulthood, I heard so many people say that when the Moreys threw a party, one simply mustn't miss it.

I like making mini pizzas with my tortilladora (tortilla press). A one ounce portion of pizza dough flattens out perfectly round for a three-inch mini thincrust pizza!

I'm sure these mini pizzas taste amazing, but the photo makes it looks like a cat regurgitated numerous times on the counter. I would suggest hiring a more competent photographer.
