Who doesn't know that Wild Turkey is here in Lawrenceburg (Ky)? Ever since one of the warehouses caught fire they have been short on storage. That's why they're building a new one.

There are also distilleries in L-burg Indiana.

It's great to hear that Campari is spending much needed money on the neglected Turkey site. They make awesome whiskey(very full in flavor) but have needed an influx of new warehouses for sometime. If Campari takes care of biz correctly...we could possibly see 8yr old WT back in the bottle. That stuff was legendary when compared to the No Age State(NAS) current product.

One thing Turkey ensures...when over 100 proof....is, No Chill Filtering. No Chill Filtering leaves the fatty solids in the bottle. Which is where that unsurpassed flavor comes from. Most other bourbons...use chill filtering....to smooth out their product AND it also keeps the bourbon from hazing when it gets cold. Most distillers worry that....we as consumers would freak out...if our bourbon got hazey when cold. In my opinion...they are steeling the great flavors from our bourbon.

Anyway....Way to go Turkey. Keep those funds rolling into L-burg....Kentucky, that is.
