I should think in your research you could have found a lot more that are actually "around the Twin Cities" instead of in Wisconsin.

If you want a great all-you-can-eat fish fry during Lent, go the Gallagher-Hansen VFW Post 295 in South St Paul. It's wonderful and EVERYTHING is all-you-can-eat, not just the fish. The cost is about $10. They have eat-in or take-out. They also have a lunch-time feed.

I should think in the time you took to write your comment you could actually "read" the article. You know the part that said "We couldn't list them all, but here are 25 of the most popular."

Went to Deans last year. IT WAS AWFUL !!

Deans has been a great place for years, they have new owners and are trying to revamp the place. Meanwhile they are loosing the 'neighborhood friendliness and comfort'

How about Betty's Pies? They have "home cooking" that would rock your socks.. and their fish fries are well known to those who used to live "up in the northland", and now Betty's is located in White Bear!
