No more free beer with a trim

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) --The owner of Jude's Barbershops will continue offering haircuts and shaves to his customers, but no more free beer.

For a while there was this weird barber shop out here that gave out free beers. I think it was called "The Men's Den" or something like that, and it was supposed to be the kind of place where men would want to hang out,(but it was owned by and run by two women).

It looked like a club house or something. They had mounted dead animal heads on the wall and a big screen TV on which ESPN was constantly running.

It went out of business though, I think because getting your hair cut there cost about $10 more then all the other barber shops around here. I think these ladies lost sight of how cheap we men are.

I know the one time I went there I thought to myself "Man, I just paid $10 bucks for a 'free' can of Budweiser!"
