A good friend of mine has recently invented a product called the 'Tjiller', which can keep single cans, bottles or glasses of beer cold out of the fridge for up to 5 hours. He created it from scratch, funded it all himself, I think it's really cool & will really take off if word gets out. I'm curious if anyone has heard of the Tjiller yet, whether you would use it & what other products are there out there like this to keep beer cold?

Here's the official Press Release: http://www.prlog.org/10914011-the-tjiller-coo...

Cheers!

I bought one in Cocos, really cool gadget. Keeps my beer ice cold for a long time.

Where can I get the big one?

If you ask at Coco's they probably have some of the big Wine ones there too. Otherwise to find your nearest distributors, I'd suggest going to the Tjiller website & filling in the contact form asking there. I'm not sure where or by whom it is being distributed so far.

Hi there, i found this thread while looking for this kind of products. I actually prefer a Kippo, made from high quality neoprene... it's lighter, easier to use, and it keeps your beer/bottle/wine/champagne cool for hours.
you can find their products at www.kippo.es

But does the Kippo actually make your beer colder over time? That's what separates the Tjiller from everything else on the market. Some updated info about the Beer Tjiller... http://www.tjiller.com/index.php/en/beer-can-...

Good stuff, indeed! I got the beer Tjiller for my boyfriend a couple of months ago and it did the trick! Came with a box and all, I didn't have to do much about it!
