I have done allot of home brewing beer But never Moonshine, I would like to learn how and give it a try.

Disillate is made in a distillery.

Moonhine is made in someones backyard.

Moonshine is not made in a distillery.

There is much more risk of death with actual Moonshine. Not so with distillate.

It would be nice if Licensed Distillers would stop confusing the issue by calling their distillate....moonshine.
