Love the gulch but anchorage is a prime example of an owner losing money and making ridiculous choices. Check the new gm David for some rash choices. I am from Fox. The people behind the name are great. The old gm Fred was a people's person. I was told he was let go. After meeting David and seeing how much the place is run down, I will not be returning. What happened to all the people that made the place great? Now it's a disaster.

Went there a week ago. The place has drastically changed. I miss that friendly manager from NYC. The new manager was drinking a beer at the bar and than visited our table after yelling at a server for needing help running my credit card. Food was still all over his mouth when he asks for cash becAuse the system wasn't working and he was eating! Unbelievable. We miss the Fred too!

There were some serious staffing issues in the beginning. The old gm may have seemed great but was the complete opposite and managed to drive off the good staff. The beer is great, the menu is great, and the souvenirs are great. It's too bad they've have some difficulty but they are working on resolving the staffing issues and the place will be great when they do.
