sad for ocoa but glad to hear no injuries/deaths related.

on another note, is there any inexpensive real estate in ocoa. i would like to help a dominicano buy a casa but am not rich. i heard there were some there in a kind of short sale type situation going for $30,000 US. maybe a person wanting to sell their property also would keep prices down for us/them.
if you can forward my email to appropriate people or provide phone number it would be appreciated.
many many thanks for allowing my your time in an effort to assist a very needing family.
