Lou Barletta decided to bankrupt Hazleton in
federal court before handing the city over to
Hispanics, who were becoming half the population by the time he flipped his wig. Currently, he has a website where he is begging for money to pay for the appeal. In other words, the guy cleaned out whatever excess money the city may have had for litigation. You could only imagine
the kind of people who gives him money.
