That was a different America than we have today, where black man is now our president.
And BTW, for your info...check your history books...
there was slavery in the colonies from the beginning,(abt 1650)...until 1776. between those years we lived as the subjects of the Crown of England, France or Spain, depending on where you lived....So slaves held during those years, were held according to the laws of those EUROPEAN Nations.
There were slaves in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA from 1776 until 1864...that is 88 yrs.....there was slavery in THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA for only 88 yrs.

AND I pay taxes in USA to take you guys off slavery.

What part of London do you live in?....my grandfather was from London..( the Irish grandfather, and my English grandmother)...and I travel to London often, I stay at a quaint little place on Gloucester Terrace, in Westminster.( near the Prince William hotel)

I also said he should not take law into his own hands as retribution is forbidden in Islam!
