Sorry but the gins didn't do it. The person with guns did it. If some gets beat with bat r they gonna be banned? If someone gets killed with bow and arrow ban bows? Where does this line begin and end. Responsibility

Gun safety is a matter of perception. Current news overshadows the reality of the numbers. When the Lotto gets up to $200 million, more people buy tickets and believe they have a chance of winning. They misunderstand the true odds of winning being so slight as to be almost nonexistent. Odds of dying in a school shooting incident are tiny as well.
I do favor better locks, alarms and less penetrable doors. And every school should have at least one armed responder prepared to act without hesitation.
