Most likely another company will buy rights to make hostess products since they still have some popularity. Very unlikely this brand will be absent for long.

The Canadian version still exists and has no financial problems. Yes the name will continue here in some form. A friend gave me a bag of knock off brand chocolate rolls. Sugar is sugar for those who need a fix like I do.
