I guess things have reached the desperation point with wayne county. Noone can seem to take responsibility for numerous financial blunders over many years

Tents would be much cheaper. Make them cut the city grass all summer and eat it all winter. Cuts the cost quick and they don't want to return. If they do, we got a place for them.
