Another failed appointee of Bing who falls on his sword. The list is too long to print here. Most notably it includes all the police chiefs who shot their wads instead of bad guys before being asked to leave. The current chief Craig seems to be making headway on crime. But he was appointed by Orr.

Bing is the nice old man you like to reminisce at the party with, not someone you want guiding your future or directing a two car funeral procession.
