Charges could come in stolen Detroit casket case

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Wednesday it had received a warrant request in the case involving a son who allegedly stole his father's casket in an effort to help resurrect him.

Much left to the imagination here. How was the 93 year old father to be resurrected? Apparently God was going to perform this act rather than freeze the body and wait for some technology to recreate the DNA. Wouldn't that make the resurrected body God-like?

Also, the son was able to recruit a friend to help steal the body. The son is obviously nuts. How does one recruit a friend for such a deed?

Of course the Wayne County prosecutor is going to waste all kinds of resources on charges against the mentally ill man instead of going after killers.
