This makes me wonder if they have the right guy. Judges don't dismiss lightly. I remember the Hart Plaza shooter that Worthy held a press conference on and stressed the man's guilt despite eye witness testimony to the opposite and exculpatory forensic evidence. If she had more evidence in this case, why did she fail to bring it the first time?
