yahowwwww lets rebuild Detroit to be worse than before with the same tired old citizens doing the same old crime we had before??
you can't make a silk purse out of Detroit.
and you can't attract decent hard work ,tax paying citizens to a dysfunctional mess like Detroit.

with the same old morons in charge of city hall nothing will change from the tired old morons there before.
to effect change you need a change in leadership, citizens, taxes, regulations but alas and alack that ain't going to happen in the great parking lot by the lake.

I resent that. We are new morons here now and we are not tired. We plan to take over for the old morons and reek more havoc than they ever could. We got Chrysler 200's with dove 24's and we got Shinola. Yes, we know the difference too.
