Detroit plans mass water shutoffs over $260M in delinquent bills

can't even manage a city water system how they going to rebuild a city?

sound like its time to move to Chicago to catch the next big bankruptcy case.

Why did they wait this long?
How many lawsuits will be generated from turning off the wrong address?
Are city workers fair game when shutting down people?
