Hi, I'm on the other coast where one of the worst cesspools in the US exists. Camden NJ. And yes, it is mostly black. When it was mostly white (up to the mid 1970's) it was a nice place. Fortunately I moved out when the rioting by blacks to take over Camden began. They rioted, they burned, they looted and took over. Now it is a drug ridden, gang ridden, crime ridden cesspool!

I put the blame on crime in cities in the Northeast and Midwest on Germany.
Blacks from the Deep South began to mass migrate north of the Mason-Dixon Line to get factory jobs during WW1 and WW2. Thus increasing poverty and crime in those manufacturing cities.
In 1900, about 90 percent of all blacks still lived in Southern states

I live on the East side of Buffalo which was about 90 percent white until the late 50s, now it is probably 95 percent black, but most of the houses here on my street are owner occupied and we have a real good block club that makes it rough on any thugs who drift in or move in.

Really nice of you to say that. Does anyone read anymore or is skin color all that people think of? Do you people really think all of the problems of America can be traced to skin color?? I mean really...

Not all the problems, but certainly the ones that involve living in a civil, polite and thoughtful society. That's a fact.

I am going to assume that you are in the middle class. If you are, I would really be interested to know how Reganomics has worked for you. Better yet smart guy, explain Reganomics.
That's an easy one. Every American should be able to answer that question. How did it work for me? My cup runneth over my friend. At eighteen I decided to not go to college and pursue a career as a professional painter. That was 1981 and we were in the throws of the failing Carter years. Even in those difficult early years I was able to live on my own, bought a mint 1965 Mustang Fastback, and by 21 had bought three acres, built a house on it in the next year, and got married at 23 because I got my then girlfriend pregnant. I worked that job until I was 28, and then quit and started my own painting and construction business. I have been married 25 years, have two great kids, and my business currently employs five people.
"Reagonomics" is simply a derogatory term coined by you liberals and the media to cast a negative spin on what is a very simple and successful economic model of free market capitalism. One that works every time it is applied because it structures a regulatory and taxing policy that encourages entrepreneurs to take risks, and creates a stable and predictable base for which businesses can anticipate and plan for the future. It is also referred to as "trickle down economics" and is mocked by liberals like yourself. Thats usually because they are unwilling to accept the reality that the more free people who have disposable income, the better and stronger the economy. I get "trickled on" every week my business exists. In over twenty years of being in business I have never been hired by a poor person. I get hired, like the rest of the service industry, by individuals and businesses that have money. They spend it to hire me and I in turn pay my men, buy supplies for the job, replace equipment as I need too, put gas in my truck and purchase a soda at the station, pay for insurance and taxes, the cell phones we use to communicate, advertising, etc. I also buy groceries, take my wife to dinner, buy clothes, put fifty in a graduation envelope, pay the guy to mow my lawn, etc. I do save some, but no one in the business of self employment takes all the money and hoards it like many liberals suggest happens. It is invested and spent and works its way through the economy as a result of free individuals entering into private contracts and transactions without the government interfering or strangling the desire and motivation of those individuals to pursue their happiness. I hope that helps you out.

That's good for you. Honestly. I'm glad you've been nothing but successful. In your opinion, I guess Reaganomics does work. It's all relative though. Some really didn't see it with such "striking observableness."

Of course, but everyone knows who is committing most of the trouble in mixed race communities, its almost always non-Asian minorities, without fail. Now I know the truth is apparently racist, but in this instance, let's overlook that.

The truth isn't racist at all. What I will say is that any attempt to meld skin color, science, and wickedness together is; moreover, it's baseless science-fiction. People must always consider environment and a person's associates.

It is not popular amongst all strata of the population K because it does not provide for those who choose the other two planks of basic human behavior. It works well for me and the others that make things happen K. But those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened tend to struggle. If your a problem solver you win. If your a problem creator, you struggle. Thats why those two thirds or more that fit into the other two categories find socialism so attractive. Riding the wagon is a whole lot easier then pulling it, but it subjects you to a perpetual life of struggle and poverty. Being a black man in America, no one understands that better then yourself. The current black mob violence is a result of that frustration. Its a shame the black community does not embrace hard work and education like the asians or latinos do.

I believe its more of a cultural thing, honestly. The crime statistics of any given area tell me so.
