Morgan Stanley is being accused of discriminating against black homeowners and violating federal civil rights laws by providing strong incentives to a subprime lender to originate mortgages that were likely to go unrepaid.

They knew loaning money to blacks was a bad investment. That's not racist,they knew what they were doing,based on typical black social behaviors.How can something be racist if it's a proven fact?

Admit it. You just don't want 15 blacks living next to you paying $150/mo. on a subsidized mortgage.
