First off lets get the terms an definitions correct.

Union labor does not engage in "Talks" labor shows up with a list of demands and put them on the table. The list of demands never consider the community economy or the ability of the tax payers to pay for those demands. then the greedy unions demand the list of new demands are met and acted on or the unions will walk out strike.

the Morons in city hall don't have to pay the cost of union demands so they have no vested interest in contesting the demands or actually causing unions to reduce those excessive demands.

There needs to be tax payers at the table so the people who pay the bills can look union morons in the eye and tell them no these demands are excessive and we can't afford them.

We need to disenfranchise unions. unions cripple city budgets all over the country bringing other American cities close to bankruptcy,
