Court: Bicyclist hit by Detroit-area bus can't sue
A man who was struck by a Detroit-area bus while riding a bicycle won't get his day in court after the Michigan Supreme Court threw out his lawsuit.

The cyclist lost his case because he slept on his rights. He did not make a claim within 60 days. He said the Smart insurance knew about the accident, but that was not enough. The system is always working against you. Always get it in writing and do things formally. Don't trust your adversary or insurance companies.
