It's horse race. Since Nolan Findley like him, it's probably a bad choice as Nolan is often on the wrong side of things in my opinion. Gary Brown really doesn't have the management experience necessary for top cop. He was just a cop. Following orders was his mission. Then he scored the settlement, which he deserved, and all of a sudden he's a guru of good decisions for the city. Police chief-not. I be he never even makes the list of potential because he lacks the credentials.
