After 54 times trying to de - fund the ACA or parts of and 6 times trying to repeal the whole thing isn't it time Our Republican controlled Congress gets down to some serious work?
Maybe propose a healthcare act of their own?
One that will cover the poor, the middle class ( who may be on the edge of going bankrupt,)
How about a JOBS bill?
One that doesn't have all kinds of amendments tacked on to it that would de-fund the ACA
, Cut Health care for women , one that will fund jobs like rebuilding the bridges , roads, adding Boarder Patrol agents on the North and south boarders.
Just wondering when the Congress will start doing their JOB instead of trying to make Obama a " one term Pres" ( somebody should tell the top republicans in Congress he is ending his second term )
I wonder what would happen IF they worked as many hours as an avg. working person does.
That will never happen they have their " work" time down to 134 days a year.( it was 137 up to this year )
The House of Representatives has averaged 137 "legislative days" a year since 2001, according to records kept by the Library of Congress.
