I believe there already exists a law that allows a company to IMPORT foreign workers if the company can PROVE it made a good faith effort in recruiting American workers but was unable to recruit enough.
So the argument that the company hired illegals because no Americans would do the job is completely invalid unless they can show that they made a good faith effort to recruit American workers.
And the foreign workers are called Guest Workers. They're not considered to be immigrants but they are working legally.
And I would STILL like to see President Obama stand up to the President of Mexico and say, "What is MEXICO doing to help its own people?". I say Mexico because I think it takes a lot of nerve for the Mexican government to complain about how we treat Mexican illegal immigrants when Mexico has a far harsher set of laws regarding illegal immigrants in THEIR country.
Yet another fact that disproves the whole "nobody will do the work" argument. They need to make it easier to monitor the smaller companies through SSNs too, in my opinion. You're right about the way Mexico treats their illegals. I've read some of those stories. Personally, I'd rather they raise wages on some jobs here if necessary and I would pay a little more for things. At least that way, if I ever sever my arm or some other horrible accident, I can go to the emergency room and get help rather than taking a number and waiting behind 30 people using it as a family practice.

I do agree, things will get very hot, but bottoms up management always works. Kind of like putting a mechanics lein against an attorney.

Really?...Who the hell do they think was doing those jobs before the ILLEGAL invasion?...
That bullshit is the ONLY way politicians can justify their part in it - tell the same lie enough and they begin to believe it themselves...

I would think that if they have not listened to us or since they won't listen to us that Egypt should be a real eye opener for them.

It should be! I've had several people mention the possibility that that could happen here.

The scary thing is the politicians are so distant from the American citizen, that they have no idea just how close we are. That is the frightening part, when they tell the Veterans in 1975 that they are denied the GI Bill, and do it from 1975-1985 then lay out the red carpet for the illegals for a vote, they have just pissed off the wrong Men and Women. Not a threat just saying. Millions strong. We stood for the American Citizens at one time in our lives and took an oath to do it again if needed. An oat is an oath. Period. We were taught to profile and cannot ever stop it, the polititions want to supress it, but will call on us to do it when they feel frightened. We do have the capacity to frighten them. What goes around, comes around, history repeats it's self over and over again.

Have you heard how a bill died in CO that required proof of citizenship to vote? How convenient.

Just prior to the Obam election, I had LaRasa members in uniform come to my house and ask if any hispanics lived here, I said no. They went to the next house where some did live there, I hear them convince the tennants to regester to vote, even though they were not legal, by using a public Service invoice. No Lie! Vote them out!

Gotta get back to work so can't research the names right now but the vote was in the Colorado Senate, which has a democrat majority. The vote went right down the party line. No republican voted against it. No democrat voted for it. The democrats won. They need the illegal vote because not enough citizens will vote for them to get elected.

The democrats pay for those illegals votes with our tax money. 1.5 billion last year just in Colorado tax money was spent on illegals. I wonder how much Federal money was spent on illegals in just this state.

The amount Colorado spent on illegals is approx. what Los Angeles country spent in a year according to a city councilman. No multiply that by the thousands of county's nation wide and we could go a long way to balancing the budget by just kicking out all those criminals.

It was early Dec. 2011 Dept. of HLS posted results of a cost comparison of 135 billion, one time cost to deport ALL illegals VS 113 billion annualy to keep them. What a hell of an ROI. Something I read into this is every business owner knows reducing liabilities increases assets. If it takes 113 billion to keep them and since 80% of them are from across our Southern border who is drinking the Kool-Aid that says they are such hard workers? The politicians are just asking for it and the revolution on TV this week has show us that it can happen in a short amount of time. We are very, very close to this line. Most Americans have lost on an average of 40% of there property values due to decimation and neglect since Amnisty of 1986 and know it.

30,000,000 security failures is one hell of a failure. A percentage of them are Al-Qaida, I don't think that being reactive to homeland terrorist attacks if effective Leadership and I will hold our past and present leadership 100% accountable. The tools are in place for them to enforce our sovernty and I expect them to do so. The Revolution shown on TV tonight should be a stark reminder for them, but this week the Dems showed their true colors. Even if it means harboring the terrorist that will cut yur childs head off in a second. I hold them 100% responsible for harboring fugatives!

As a war veteran myself, experiencing the disrespect that our goverment has given us, and then seeing the protection that's given to illegals, can put a really bad taste in your mouth.

Our Citizens need to wake-up, and realize that we have all been let down by our government. We need to stand together, become proactive, and make changes starting right now.

Yes there would be. I do the hiring where I work. Recently we ran an ad for an $8.50 an hour labor intensive menial job and had 120 applicants reply in 4 hours. Americans got things done before this illegal invasion of our country. Why do you think Americans won't do it now?
119 of those applicants use to work for Chipotle. The other one is a registered child molestor by the name of Earl...

Chipotle didn't care. They are only doing ths now because of the Audit. They will go out of business in a few... because now they have to actually conform to labor laws.
