What until those companies start getting strangled by the communist-demonrat-LIEberal government. Then they'll flee like rats from a sinking ship.

Colorado seems to be full of business owners who make bad decisions for business based on politics or religion. But moving to a "right to work" state is a good decision if you care more about profits than if your employees can afford a place to live and food. Not sure how "constitutionally minded" that is.

A good business owner will make their employees feel as if they are part owners of the company. Because they'll get the best that the employees have to give out of them. And everyone ends up making more. It also makes the employees police themselves, pushing out those that are detrimental to good business.
