Wow! I worked with Remedy Roofing a couple months ago because they had done several jobs in my neighborhood. I was given a very competitive bid and gave them the job. I was and still am in the proccess of doing some major remodeling on my home and really needed the roof done quick to continue. The job began just three days after I sidned the contract and was done in one day. The City inspected the roof the day after that and the inspector from Lakewood said they did a great job! Also because they gave me an impact resistant shingle my insurance premiums have gone down almost a third! My experience was great and I have already given them refferals who are all satisfied as well.
Paaalease.....the proof is in the work. And your lying posts....Its not looking good..PM me and Ill inspect it and tell you what is wrong with it that you might not know.. I know several Lakewood inspectors and would love for you to give me his name..You can send me a pm..Any reputable inspector would never use the word "Great" when it comes to roofing..

And you cant get a permit and have it signed off that quick in Lakewood.

Plus you arent in Lakewood

Insurance premiums going down because of a shingle is impossible.....

That sounds just like a sales pitch to me..

Like "sound reducing shingles"..lol..

I remember " Mortar mice" LOL...I remember when I was a kid hearing about that scam.

Yea always believe a salesman when he tells you you got a great job..Thats why some fly by night companies made their salesmen "project managers" so they sound like thay know what they know what they are looking at..Most salesmen come and go in no time..

We used Remedy Roofing almost a year ago and the roof still looks great! Recently we had some small hail and called Remedy to see if they could check it out. The next day I got a call from the same person that managed my job and later that evening he came out and said everything was just fine. We kinda knew that but just weren't sure and really appreciated them coming out to check on it. We will refer Remedy to anyone that needs a roof!

Remedy Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my hail-damaged roof. The salesman was very professional and courteous. I received several upgrades for free. When my insurance company denied my claim, Remedy hired an engineer to assess my damage. The engineer's report was well worth the effort and convinced my insurance company to replace my roof. My experience with this company has been very positive.

Still trying to act like a customer huh??? Typical salesman..I even heard you had people doing this very thing..Making false satisfied customer comments across the web..But If you were really recruiting people to make satisfied customer comments then you would have given us their addresses so we all can go look at your "Excellent roofing jobs".Give us all a list of Satisfied customers from the last few months and we will decide..

Wait...A shingle engineer ? Or another salesman/project manager..

LOL,,Thats very impressive..Someone from GAF I presume..Gotta name ?

And Folks..NEVER LET A ROOFING OR ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR DEAL DIRECTLY WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY..EVER..They will pad the bill when you arent looking..

I doubt any of these so called customers exist or are authentic..Ask yourself..Why no addresses.

And this thread was long dead and this person/salesman dug it up to scam you some more..

I agree with Sniper, someone that is associated with the crappy company trying polish a turd.

Finding a good company is easy to do if you know how to use a computer, and if you made it here...

What did the Littleton building inspector say during the mid roof inspection ? Did he sign off the permit ? If your job was done in one day then I doubt they pulled a permit and called in a mid roof that is required on all jobs. Do you have a permit at all ? Maybe they are better at small residences because they just butchered the site up the street from me..
Get your facts straight. No argument here about all the unqualified roofers. Did you know that some cities and counties only take money from these guys and give them a license. Also a mid-roof is rarely called on an asphalt roof. Denver and Aurora do not and I am certain Golden does not. The system is broken and consumers always try to get the cheapest deal. So if we want to stop all the B.S. stop hiring these clowns. There are plenty of good colorado based roofers out there that will start a project with no deposit or they will let you write a check to the supplier to pay for materials direct. Makes sense to me. Stop being sold, you need a contractor not a salesman. I have had contractors knock on my door. There is a big difference in their sales pitch, damaged or not, its that simple.

Idiot! State Farm does reduce premiums for class 4 impact resistant shingles. Thats the problem with this industry. You sound like a salesman trying to defend the fact that you know nothing about construction.

You are a true idiot. Insurance companies want to deal directly with a professional contractor!! It is a much smoother process for all involved..oh and by the way you can't just sneak in a bill and expect the insurance company to approve it.

I did use to work for Remedy Roofing. Most of the salesmen were really good and cared like I did. The management team really sucks. They make all the money. With all that money comes spending. They were never really available to help in any concerns. They were just worried about getting paid so they could go on ther spending sprees and vacations while others worked their butts off for them. Yes Remedy does use illegal aliens to work for them. Each team leader is legal somehow or has some papers to show it. They pay those guys whom then turn around and pay the workers. They are scam artist though, most of them. I have been on the roof before adjusters have come out and seen first hand how a hail hit is made with a wet thumb or a tool. I was not proud to be a part of their lies so I left. I know they are not the only company doing it, but I hope they close doors and stop ripping people off. Once a job is done. It' was hell trying to get a crew back out to fix a customer concern. Management did not help with that either, because they already got paid, so that customer would be on the back burner and wait until they have up or finally resolved. I am a very ethical person and I really regret ever working for them. I thought they were different until I seen the inside of things. I was paid in full on all my jobs. I am not a disgruntled employee. I am speaking nothing but the truth. If they had better ethics I would still work for them. The only people that really were there to help out was the girls and some of the guys in the office. They were always so overwhelmed. If Remedy was even close to a real company they would care more about their employees. The ones who are on the front line. You should see the shack they call a corp office. It all starts from Doug one of the owners all the way down... There are good intentions, just no backbone. All about the next paycheck to go on a vacation and leave their guys hanging out to dry without support.

And btw... It's too easy to get a AAA rating with the BBB. I seen first hand how they handled those concerns to make the customer look bad to keep the good rating with the BBB.
