The commercial says, "Professional workers" "local Employees", dont use nail guns because hammers are better..Etc...I went to look at my friends town home up the street,A site where Remedy roofing is working...Lets just start with the lies first...Not one of them has Colorado plates..They are all from Texas and Oklahoma..NOT RESIDENTS AT ALL....Not one of them is speaking English..Not one...I see so much trash blowing down our street , even their yard signs come blowing all the way from there..Piles of insulating blowing around our neighborhood..These guys just watch it blow..Not one of them made any effort to pick up the trash..There is so much trash now on our street...I walked around the site with my friend, she showed me all the buildings they have finished..These guys are tearing up the siding and trim and just nailing the pieces back on..I cant believe what Im seeing..This company is the bottom of the barrel of quality and should not be allowed in America much less Colorado..On every building they have messed up the siding so bad and then tried to silicone it back together..So much trim needs to be replaced..That is an old complex and anything you touch will need replacing..This the worst work Ive ever seen..They lie on the commercials and then destroy your home..Im sure the first rain will tell all..I see so many code violations..They are Not putting the vents and heat pipes back on properly..These people dont know what they are doing....If you want to see this for your self..Its on chatfield and everett..Between car and garrison..Im glad I dont live there and they should be glad too..Id have then redo the entire site and replace all the destroyed trim and siding..Just drive down everett and look..You can see so much just driving by..Oh yea ,,the part about them not using nail guns because its better ,,The girl says "who knew" ...well they dont..Nail guns would be better but you have to know how to use them..Im guessing the turnover rate at this company is daily and also it costs money to have guns , compressors and nails..It cost money to maintain them..This is a cheep ass company using illegal aliens..Quality is not a factor...

3 months later it is still the same, go take a drive and check I did. The address is 8300 s. everett way -8500 Everett way. you may have to get out to see, but I must warn you it isn't pretty! Thank you, concerned Colorado resident you saved me a big headache I'm sure. I can't believe they even pride themselves on anything. they probably pay an internet company to clean up their name. I don't know who runs that H.O.A. but I don't think they have a clue. If you are reading this it's probably too late already. If not go take a peek before you sign a contract with them.

I don't know what the remedy is, but I do know if you if you need a roof call Mike's Roofing. Courteous staff, excellent work and reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend them.

Holy cow, you were not kidding. I went there the other night after work to see if the work this thread was talking about was true. I'm glad I did, because I even met a few residents that were walking their dog and asked them a little bit about the project and they told me alot. They have told me about the damage that has occurred in numerous units including their place and numerous other units throughout the the community approx. 75 units from the inside and out, from holes in the ceilings to leaking roofs. We had one of remedy roofing salesman come to our house after the storm that produced all of that hail this summer, and promised me the world and even told me that he could make it to where I wouldn't have to pay a deductable and not a red cent out of my pocket. Well from what I have witnessed to what I have been told I will be looking into one of the other companies who bid on our house or maybe 3 or 4 more from what I'm hearing and seeing with these storm chasing companies that give you a tail light warranty. Thank you posters it's nice to see others looking out for others.

They hire felons as sales people from Texas and Colorado half way houses to get tax credits from the Parole Board. These crooks are in your houses. Ask some for ID's, most will say Texas and run back ground checks. They stay at the Marriott In Town Suites in Littleton and have been there for 2 years, none have homes here. BEWARE BEWARE

Horrible! I wish this would let me give zero stars. I called about fixing a leak in my roof. I noticed the salesman drove around my neighborhood before coming to my door. When he arrived he said that he couldn't help me. And he didn't even have a ladder, so he had no intention on climbing on the roof to see the issue. As it turns out, he was looking around my neighborhood for the signs of other roofing companies that were replacing entire roofs after the last hail storm. Basically, they are in business to get entire roof jobs through the insurance companies. They have no interest in fixing leaks like they advertise. What a farce!

I drive by this complex all the time..Im a former carpenter. Ive ran many crews building homes. These people are not carpenters. This site was destroyed by these people. Real roofers dont cause that kind of damage. Siding and trim has been destroyed and glued back together.I would have to fire everyone of them and then fire the project manager or whom ever is responsible for hiring experienced people. The job is extremely sloppy and they even bent and dinged the new flashing they installed.I would never recommend REMEDY ROOFING. I also heard they got a couple 10,000 fines from OSHA [international safety organization] .

I worked for a major insurance company in 2006 when these clowns were starting to get big. They came from Houston and only started new offices if there was a hail storm. I do catastrophie work, so I see them around town right after a major event. I have never met a more dishonest group. They lie to the customers and the insurance companies. They submit fraudulent paperwork. They have taken ladders down to leave adjusters on roofs because the adjuster determined no damage. They don't care about doing anything the right way, they only care about money. I know everyone wants to avoid a deductible, but there's a right way and the Remedy way. I hope they all go back to prison for what they have done to my fellow adjusters and my customers.

Now their set up in Coppell Texas. Along with bold roofing and clc roofing just to mention a few.Im an 40 year investor with 14 rental properties. I learned an easy way to spot a fly-by-night roofing scam from a company I found on Angie's List. Its pretty simple. The yard signs they so eagerly want you to stick in your yard flop in the wind from the cheap rods that hold them toghter and cheap sign itself. To pick out a true local company Look for strong metal that was hammered in the ground to advertise that company. Stronger sign, hence stronger company. When I asked why? he said a local company advertises all year and re-uses their signs,a fly-by-night buys the cheapest ones because their phone number will change and they can just trash them and move onto another storm with new signs. I looked around a saw this as plain as day, some even with a wooden steaks and orange roofing nails to hold them together. They all blend into the politicians signs wich indicated to me that I would only see them during an election/hail storm

Remedy Roofing was recommened to me from my neighbor and I could not have been happier! The salesman was very professional and personally walked me through the entire roofing process. I had never filed a claim on my roof ever before and he took the time to make sure I felt completly ok with eveything. Answering any questions or concerns I might have had. They did the job in one day and cleaned up the area very well, they even walked around the yard with some magnet device to pick up any nails that might have fallen. If I ever need a new roof again I will call Remedy Roofing.

What did the Littleton building inspector say during the mid roof inspection ? Did he sign off the permit ? If your job was done in one day then I doubt they pulled a permit and called in a mid roof that is required on all jobs. Do you have a permit at all ? Maybe they are better at small residences because they just butchered the site up the street from me..

I had Remedy replace my roof. They did a free estimate and worked with my insurance company for the cost. Minus my deductible, it didn't cost me anything extra. I've read the above comments and didn't have any problems with these guys except a ladder hit my gutter and bent it in one spot and tore out one of the nails. I told them about it and they came back and fixed it. My neighbors used them too and have all had good things to say about them.

Gotta say I have a real hard time believing these comments are from actual customers of Remedy Roofing! Remedy has every credential from the major manufacturers, an A+ rating with the BBB and doesn't ask for one dime until the work is done! I have worked for Remedy almost two years and have witnessed the management here immediately take care of any issue regarding a job we did every time. Most of the staff is local aside from a couple sales professionals brought in from another office to help out when there is a big storm. We are currently spending a little extra money on each job to give our customers Class-4 Impact Resistant shingles. This means they won't have to get another roof when the next hail storm comes through and will save 30% on their insurance premiums! I truly believe we are helping people and would not work here if I didn't. I hope whoever is posting these lies stops and focuses on bettering themselves and helping their own customers ( as I believe they are former employees who left Remedy to start their own company and are trying to hurt our reputation ). I have dozens of extremely satisfied customers from this year alone who are willing to post good reviews about their experience with myself and Remedy so keep an eye out the truth is coming very soon!

Remedy roofing sucks and the proof is in their work. Just up the street from me is a site they did last year. Its a mess..They didnt need to replace half of the flashing but it is another labor charge and footage charge. They destroyed the place and it looks like none of them knew about roofing....and I also heard some of them went to jail for fighting with residents. The foreman was a felon already.. Also I heard they got big fines in the tens of thousands for being out of safety compliance. I heard OSHA hit them hard. And not one of them had local license plates like the commercials..Hardly any of them spoke English.. They were all illegals from Texas and Oklahoma...None of them are carpenters. . I also heard there was several units where they knocked the furnace exhaust vents off and made homes fill with carbon monoxide.....And they tried to patch 2 foot holes in the siding with putty....That entire site had these white putty patches all over it..Now it has the wrong paint all over the place and looks like a ghetto..I have friends there and they are still pissed..The management company quit over this..I think a class action suit is in order.

Wow! I worked with Remedy Roofing a couple months ago because they had done several jobs in my neighborhood. I was given a very competitive bid and gave them the job. I was and still am in the proccess of doing some major remodeling on my home and really needed the roof done quick to continue. The job began just three days after I sidned the contract and was done in one day. The City inspected the roof the day after that and the inspector from Lakewood said they did a great job! Also because they gave me an impact resistant shingle my insurance premiums have gone down almost a third! My experience was great and I have already given them refferals who are all satisfied as well.
