Oh great...another judge/"net" porn case. Is there no other news on the face of this planet that is more important. This has Enquirer, Star, TMZ all over it. 9News and Rocky Mountain News - get a life or was it a slow news day?

Please do not publicize porn sites by providing the URL for them...they don't deserve your attention or marketing assistance. Call me naive or someone with her head in the sand, but I'm not the least bit interested in knowing "where" these sites even exist.

This appears to be an orchestrated hatchet job initiated by someone(s) with an ax to grind. Possibly his ex-wife has some sort of personality disorder that causes her to be extremely hate and revenge filled in her divorcement. Sexual curiousity and fulfillment are natural human urges. And certainly a well rounded Judge indeed is all the more wise for the more scope of experience he has had. Even to the point that if even "kiddie porn" showed up on his computer, he is well within the bounds of his position to go to such a site as part of his research. No I am not condoning this, and none of us have all the facts, but if his previous conduct has been of high standard, it is not righteous that any of us condemn upon heresay, or superficial appearances.

In any regard the matter should remain private until such time that evidence is forthcoming that indeed there was a criminal intent. I too, as well as many of you have been harshly judged and condemned by mob mentalities before. And is indeed an injustice to have such occur. My recommendation to all organizations is that the matter be shelved until such time investigations are able to produce an indictment. That day may never come, so it is not just that he be crucified in the public arena prematurely. Mercy, is what I would do.

Has the divorce been finalized? I'm starting to wonder if Marcie signed a pre-nup and is trying to get it thrown out for a larger settlement. Nothing in the story they did yesterday was anything worse than the dirty laundry that comes up in just about every divorce. It wasn't newsworthy and made Channel 9, Paula Woodward and the entire "9 Wants to Know" team look like cheap tabloid hucksters.

They must be getting really desparate at KUSA to stoop this low. Don't know what demographic group they are reaching out to, but they are losing viewers with this kind of "news" coverage.

I was defending this guy but I won't continue to if he was using his government computer. I would have been fired at every company I've worked at if I got busted for looking at porn at work; especially on the company computer.

We can do anything, say anything, accuse anyone we want. We are above the law, you cannot touch us. We violate your rights because you have no rights. We do not care, we say anything we want to.

Hey, you actually started off pretty good there, then it turned to crap. You had me fooled, I actually started believing that you weren't really crazy. Until you started up with nailing yourself to the proverbial cross.

Try taking crazy down a few notches, and turn up whatever it was that caused you to start your thought.

Thank You It's Friday!

Now that's what I call fustration!

The press is BS. Smart people know this, dumb people don't. They really think that Britney running into a car in a parking lot is newsworthy. The internet is the ultimate key that unlocks the truth for all of us, we just need to remember the damn combination to open it!! Keep typing, keep thinking, we will figure all this out together!

I’d like to know enough more to know if Judge Nottingham was vulnerable to blackmail. He was “my” judge in a civil lawsuit that had a terrible outcome. He dismissed my civil case without stating any facts or any laws justifying it. Since I claimed enough damages to be in federal court and “hornbook” torts, and specified “jury trial”, I had a right to have a decision “on the merits”. I was up against lawyers representing Lloyds of London and Mutual Insurance of Bermuda and somehow they managed to bill for 25 secret ex parte conferences and Judge Nottingham allowed that. If Judge Nottingham was attending strip clubs and otherwise linked to activities that are embarrassing to a judge, he could have been blackmailed. That would explain why we didn’t get a jury trial. Judge Nottingham is a public figure that deeply affects some people’s lives and we have a right to know if he was possibly blackmailed. A media tort case similar to mine that went to a jury got $12 million so many people had motivation to blackmail Judge Nottingham to stop us from getting our jury trial. Also, it is possible that Judge Nottingham hates women, or "uppity women".

As much as Judge Nottingham holds his attorneys that go before him, at a HIGH standard it's hard to beleive that he doesn't do the same for himself in private life. Talk about a hepocrate.

Another piece of gutter journalism by the queen of the low life, Paula Woodward. When are they going to dump her?

Pathetic. No one does a piece on Paula when she gets piss drunk on her own time and doesn't drink or drive, or when she has any kind of relationship problems. News in this town sucks. Thank God for CNN.

Why is this even news?!?! Didn't they do enough damage with the last witch hunt? Are you hoping this guy will commit suicide, too? Would that help you in the ratings?
The real news here is that Paula Woodward is a drag queen.
Yes this is NEWS because this so called judge who thinks of himself as the ruler of law is nothing more than a pervert. I'm sick of our legal system when judges and appointees of the court think they have the moral high ground to pass judgement on everyone else. WAKE UP PEOPLE, our entire system is corrupt. What is LAW?, a way to control the masses by the privileged few who control the power, money, and government. Smoke em all!

Normally I'm into live and let live. But I have real reason to hate Judge Nottingham. He put me in jail for 5 months without citing a law, without an evidentiary hearing, without a government prosecutor. He deprived me of my jury trial. He insulted me and got the insults into the press. I could have had this whole lawsuit over and done with years ago and got on with my life.
I also had a bad experience with former Col Judge Joel Thompson in Routt County. Then it turned out his fiance/live in girlfriend was somehow in cocaine related trouble. The Steamboat Pilot has a lot on their web site about it. This came public one year after my problems with him and a blackmail scenario with former Judge Joel Thompson is consistent with all the facts I know.
There are a lot more public officials who are vulnerable to blackmail than there are probably who would actually take a cash bribe. As the judicial code of conduct above implies, a judge has a responsibility to make sure that he or she can't be blackmailed.

Paula isn't vulnerable to blackmail, a judge is. Paula can't hurt anyone, a judge can. If he can't accept the responsibilities of being a judge, then he should get a different job.
