Where was Notification on Denver Copter Exercises?

The City and County of Denver issued a joint statement yesterday regarding the anti-terrorism training exercises going on in Denver right now, and wonder why the public was not informed beforehand. The Blackhawk was the marauder of choice - closeup pic here

Many smart reasons for the people to not know, what we are doing everyday .One is why let the bad guys who are in Denver, and there are many of them especially one group, who have killed ,as part of that group American many service men. why let them have a front row seat to take notes that would help them , to become smarter and make you a part of Denver , an easy target to destroy many of our power and information grids ,and much more , during a time we need a fast military emergency response, If you want to know, join up and find out more , than you would like to know am glad to feel safer ,The enemy is in many has groups and cells , and Denver is one of the top three city's ,of some of the real live cell groups, that was unclassified from notes found from many locations that describe past dividing of USA into three parts .West, central ,and east, and Canada as the front door for infiltrations and from all along the Canadian border, thanks to the military they are at the right city at the right time , to help Denver in the best most efficient manner, and not making this into a media show, because this is real stuff in Denver especially with the Democratic convention ,that might bring more cells here to show the world how powerless we are to stop them. Again thanks for the protection we have here, and the American troops who step into harms way for us everyday even in Denver thanks joint forces , we love your hard work's American armed forces are on our side ,sometimes the government makes it look like they are spying on us, but get it right they are your friends family and doctors,and firefighters ,and next door friends , and past relatives who have and will keep us safe , and strong , as long as we have guts to sign up to be a part of the American way of freedom. we will continue to be the strongest force on the planet.

Second, why would anyone even ponder such a question?...Unless they prefer giving away our secrets and strategies to the enemies within...And yes, they're already here...

Its actually a pretty short amount of time considering the task these soldiers do. And its the same type "four hour" training that you find so remedial which over time and conflicts has probably insured the fact that you are not speaking German right now. Have some respect for the job they do. When you bring them down, you show poor respect for any soldier of all era's. I see more people criticizing the military for training, and the same people crying louder when something happens and no one is ready to respond. If you disagree with that, you need to take a better look at yourself.

Aint that the truth. I just love people complaining about being scared or not notified about how the military conducts training, training designed to save that person's life. Here is some notice for everybody. There is a U.S. military and they will from time to time train on saving you, and won't be giving you notice of it. How about you just say thank you rather than finding a way to compalain about how their working to save you really created some noise that bothered you.

wow I do not remember not showing respect - but since youre from Texas I'm sure you are not fimiliar with the 6 square block area that these black hawk choppers covered and believe me if I crawled over this area it would not have taken 4 hours.
Also I'd like to say that soldiers of all eras are not affected by the absurd wasting of funds, fuel, and resources that occurs today. But you're right the reason I am not speaking German today is because of an America that was strong, united, and respected - I'm not sure any of those words define this nation today.

So what's my point??? It is no secret that our power grid is our Achille's Heel. Yet do you see any type of military patrols along these trunk lines. Nope. The Feds know of the potential, and it can be presumed that the "terrorists" would also know of this, so why is this very real vulnerability not being safeguarded? Because the threat is nowhere near as real as they wish for the public to believe it to be.

Why try to keep us "terrorized" of the "Boogiemen". Because at some point to totally bring about the subjagation of the populace they are going to need to disarm the populace. They can only do so under some pretext of "for the good of the nation". So they either allow the above scenario to occur and suspend posse comitatus (effecting Martial Law, which is the Military authority that all Constitutional Rights and Freedoms become suspended.) Or alternatively if nothing happens to the grid, They use or contrive some other "national emergency" to achieve the same ends once again, "for the good of the nation". Which the alreadied softened and sufficiently "terrorized" public gladly capitulates to. BTW declaring a national "Martial Law" is also a great way for "The President" (whoever he may be at the time) being also military "Commander in Chief" of all the armed forces, to stay in power and suspend or negate elections as well.

i acknowledge that it was for training, i am glad we are prepared - but at the same time it was unsettling (not panic worthy) as well as sudden and an annoyance. however i only say that because it was one of those rare nights i didnt feel like listening to chopper wings hover while attempting to fall asleep.

and yes i am similiar to a baby i need sleep.

Actually my response would be, "damn that is cool." Unsettling? Sure. But maybe the public should be a bit unsettled at times and remember the efforts many have to go through planning for the worst and not sleep so comfortably just forgetting about it.

And no, you generally don't want to give advance notice anytime you will have this equipment that close to the ground. They are at that piont vunerable even to small arms fire. YOu don't give advance notice to anybody who wants to take a shot that tonight is the night to try.(and many other reasons).

that they were targetting you Leopold with their new "Directed Pulsed Energy" device to make disorient and incapacitate you, which only has a limited range, and that's why they had to hover "15 feet over your balcony". Good thing there was nothing on your balcony and I guess you you had a blast door covering your glass door because a full power hover (required to hover out of ground effect) that close would have blown away anything on the balcony not bolted down and blown out your door. I live in Denver thanks and am currently in El Paso doing your useless military, training. I don't expect you understand the attention to detail in the planning that goes into any military exercise. 4 hours seems as a ridiculously short amount of time to be prepared for anything. I don't think I'd be seeing a doctor to remove my appendix if he only had 4 hours of practice. Did you master your career in 4 hours? I doubt it. Maybe we should just stop training all together? Lets see how long the quality of life you enjoy remains. Or even take it further and have police an fire officials stop training as well. How bout it? That all seems like a waste of money, fuel and resources too.

OOPs My mistake that was not 1400 Horsepower. That was two times 1800 Horsepower for a total of 3,600 Horsepower or more than 8 Dodge Hemi engines driving a big fan that will be blowing near tornado force winds right onto your balcony. okay okay. but the fact of the matter is. I lost 4 hours of sleep. FOUR hours!! thats more than a third of my night... you dont even want to know how cranky Leopold was the next day.
