Nothing to back it up right.
I don't back up the statement that the sun comes up in the east either.

But the recession wasn't as bad as I said it was- or that unemployment wasn't the highest (10.8 percent) since WWII - you can hold it over my head and I shouldn't post anymore in this thread.

I am certain you will make the same offer.

Tell us: Since WWII, when was the level unemployment higher than under Reagan?

DOLT: you already told us a fifteen year old has a "constitutional" right to carry a weapon and now it's a felon.

I'm not surprised, just want you to post it so when others wonder why you are mocked, I can quote you verbatim.
I'm guessing 9. Because my 10 year old has more maturity and thought than you.

Really. And what's your basis? Who told you that? What document exempts kids from right given by God?

So to you the only think that matters is unemployment? What about GDP, profits, growth, stagnation, inflation, or how does taxes play into economics?
Our president Obama claimed that the recession of 2008 was the worst since the Great Depression, was he wrong?

You don't think well do you?

This is a gun debate thread. Not taxes, not GDP, not the economy.

It's about people with guns killing children and what should be done about it.

Stay focused.

Let me know the very minute you find that the US court backs your assertion: that 15 year olds have a constitutional right to carry the firearm.

Since all 50 states have laws restricting access and ownership to minors.

Here's one that says you are wrong:
(quote)
United States v. Rene E., 583 F.3d 8 (1st Cir. 2009)– On August 31, 2009, the First Circuit affirmed the conviction of a juvenile for the illegal possession of a handgun as a juvenile, under 18 U.S.C.§ 922(x)(2)(A) and 18 U.S.C.§ 5032, rejecting the defendant's argument that the federal law violated his Second Amendment rights under Heller.

The court cited "the existence of a longstanding tradition of prohibiting juveniles from both receiving and possessing handguns" and observed "the federal ban on juvenile possession of handguns is part of a longstanding practice of prohibiting certain classes of individuals from possessing firearms — those whose possession poses a particular danger to the public.

Look at you go little guy. I know you didn't come up with that on your own. Regardless, kids have owned on possessed firearms in this Country since the founding. Be scared.

You may want to sit down for this .....
The Federal Government can make any weapon they choose illegal for you to own, they just can't make ALL weapons illegal for you to own ... thus keeping your 2nd amendment "right" squarely in tact.
We all remember Charlton Heston's famous words ... "from my cold dead hands" ... do you remember that?
Loook at what weapon he was holding high in the air for everyone to see as he uttered those now famous words;

Your response?
I see the logic there. Of course that would also mean the government could ban free speech as long as they left you one venue where you could freely speak. Ban internet, tv, radio, and newspapers and you still have the spoken word. Your right to free speech has not been abridged.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
