A better question to ask is: Why are there no people of color in the Republican party? Why is the percentage of persons of color higher in the KKK than it is in the Republican party?
PS:
"As evidence, Mr. Wolfe points to a new poll by Washington Post/ABC News that found that white people without a college degree favor John McCain, the Republican candidate, by 17 percentage points, while those with a college degree prefer Barack Obama, the Democratic candidate, by 9 percentage points."
You obviously exclude yourself from republicans all together because there are many backgrounds in the party. Democrats are the ones who perpetuate the idea of racism in this Country when “racists” are a fast dying breed.

The Constitution doesn't give anyone absolute rights to own a firearm. That's the most misunderstood factor in the whole discussion.

Number one, convicted criminals are an example of exemptions allowed by the flexibility in the 2nd Amendment. If the 2nd amendment was absolute, convicted murderers would retain their right to own firearms.

Number two, since 1939 the SCOTUS has made it very clear in their findings in the United States v. Miller, that the second amendment allows for limitations on the right to bear arms,“supported by the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of ‘dangerous and unusual weapons.’”

The term "dangerous and unusual weapons" in reference was fully automatic "machine guns" and sawed off shotguns.

As soon as responsible hunters and reasonable gun owners with security issues realize that nothing being proposed will have any effect on your personal gun related needs, you'll see that the measures being proposed are acceptable.

Allowing Rush Limbaugh and Wayne LaPierre scare you into thinking the government is coming for your guns is self disrespecting to anyone with a 12th grade education.

You are wrong! That is nowhere in the second amendment.
==========
A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

What part of "SHALL NOT" do you not understand???
==========
The Supreme Court has given effect to the dependent clause of the Amendment in the only case in which it has tested a congressional enactment against the constitutional prohibition, seeming to affirm individual protection but only in the context of the maintenance of a militia or other such public force.
In United States v. Miller,4 the Court sustained a statute requiring registration under the National Firearms Act of sawed–off-shotguns.

It is some really good truth here.
How about you, outhouse mouse read this link and try too get up to at least a sixth grade education... and then maybe? Just maybe you'll stop lying and making up your very own little convenient lying Constitutional amendments!!!

By the way! Where do you liberals come up with this crap that you post anyway???

Therefore,“[i]n the absence of any evidence tending to show that possession or use of a ‘shotgun having a barrel of less than 18 inches in length’ at this time has some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well– regulated militia, we cannot say that the Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear such an instrument. Certainly it is not within judicial notice that this weapon is any part of the ordinary military equipment or that its use could contribute to the common defense.”7

"we cannot say that the Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear such an instrument".

What exactly do you not get?

The 2nd Amendment is NOT absolute.

If your interpretation of the 2nd Amendment leads you to believe you can own anything you wish that propels a speeding projectile, you are sadly mistaken.

Oh boy outhouse mouse you found one little stirring straw to keep you above water!!! A sawed of shot gun less than 18"???
But you're sinking fast!
Did you find anywhere where it said that a murderer cannot?
You are lying! And you found a grain of sand in your quick sand to keep you afloat??? LMAO
