I have to remind you that when I quote the Second Amendment, I quote it in its entirety.
You don't.
And just because you say the second amendment in every other post it is clear that you don't understand it any better than your first.
Need I remind you of all of you childish immature posts that one could only assume you are 11 and scared of more than just guns?

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

Just because you're afraid of Americans owning firearms doesn’t mean you push government to remove that right.

OH YOU DON'T SAY?
Do show us all where in the US Constitution a 15 year old teenager has a *right* as an American to have access to an assault weapon!
Here's a thought: start with his right to a single shot bolt action 22 and work your way up to the AR-15.
I'll wait..
“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

Federal law doesn’t allow the sale of a firearm to anyone under 21, however, that doesn’t prohibit a young man from firearm ownership. Regardless, your logic on making a firearm illegal doesn’t fly does it? The 15 year old acquired and used the gun regardless of what law is in place.
Laws ONLY affect the law abiding citizen, NOT the bad guy.
So, when was the last time you reached out to a troubled teen?

If you think the federal government is after your rights, then you are nothing more than a paranoid schizophrenic.
Was this guy paranoid?

“The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they

or this guy?

I guess you cannot answer the question and move the goalposts.

But then: that is what the gun gnutter does.

Does the Second Amendment give 15 year olds the right to carry (own, polish) firearms?

Yes or no?

Need I remind you I just asked you to prove your assertion: that this fifteen year old had a right to the gun... that he used to kill five people.

And you have your foreskin caught in your zipper and you are crying about it.

So- you made the assertion, referring to the fifteen year old boy that killed five.

I guess no one is allowed to demand you back it up, eh?

I pay more in taxes than you make in a year, knobjob.

Does a fifteen year old have a right to an assault weapon- like you said?

Yes or no?

Many boys used to carry their rifles to school as early as 60 years ago.

A boy can carry a rifle his parents being responsible for his actions.

I'll put this as plain and simple as can possibly be put.

Running out and spending your paychecks on more weapons to protect the weapons you already own is pretty self explanitory, mentally speaking.

No.

Among many other things, a 15 year old is not an adult.

They also used to hang blacks for no particular reason 60 years ago.

Now, of course, boys take their daddy's hand guns that daddy is too lazy to lock up and the show it off and of course we lose another kid to this every year.

Several dozen.

Putting aside the carry guns to schools sixty years ago is nonse.
