The tone of the debater in Congress is different than it was four years ago. It seems that ever new mass murder makes a little more noise. By ALYSSA NEWCOMB (@alyssanewcomb) Jan. 20, 2013 The bullet-ridden bodies of three adults and two children were found inside an Albuquerque, N.M., home late Saturday, authorities confirmed today. A teenage boy was arrested and is being charged with two counts of murder and three counts of child abuse resulting in death, according to Deputy Aaron Williamson of the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department. The name of the boy has not been released, and his motive and connection to the victims was not immediately known, Williamson said. "We're still in the early stages of the investigation, trying to determine, their identity and once we have everybody identified, then we'll be able to determine whether or not there was any relationship among the deceased or the offender," Williamson said. Authorities responded to the family home Saturday around 9:15 p.m., and found multiple casualties. An assault-type rifle, along with several other weapons, were recovered at the scene. The victims, including an adult male and female, two girls, and one boy, appeared to have suffered "multiple gunshot wounds," Williamson said. Final identifications of the victims are currently under way, he said. Three wayward firearms from the Obama administration's infamous gun control Operation Fast and Furious were found at the scene of the 2010 Juarez birthday party massacre where fourteen young men and women were murdered, mostly teenagers. Another twelve were wounded. Way to go, Barack.

So you agree there is no chance to pass a federal assault weapon ban or federally restrict high capacity magazines thirty rounds or less.

Regardless, your logic on making a firearm illegal doesn’t fly does it? The 15 year old acquired and used the gun regardless of what law is in place. Laws ONLY affect the law abiding citizen, NOT the bad guy. So, when was the last time you reached out to a troubled teen?

Was this guy paranoid? “The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed.”– Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers or this guy? “The Constitution preserves “the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation… (where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.”- James Madison, The Federalist, No. 46

I guess you cannot answer the question and move the goalposts. But then: that is what the gun gnutter does. Does the Second Amendment give 15 year olds the right to carry (own, polish) firearms? Yes or no?

A boy can carry a rifle his parents being responsible for his actions.
