You didn’t account for Obamacare taxes or payroll taxes did you? Typical.
Obamacare was labeled as a tax by the Supreme Court, not Obama.

Thr two percent income tax increase is due to the expiration of the payroll tax holiday, initiated as a two year economic boost for workers and was always scheduled to expire on Jan 1 2013.

Let me give you a little free political advice for you and your rightwing party ...

The smartest move Republicans could make in order to reduce the speed inwhich they as a party are becoming instinct would be to stop dragging down policy and instead get in front of these top issues. In hindsight, wouldn't Republicans have been MUCH better off in the eyes of American voters had they been first to come out after Sandy Hook and simply said, "We as a Nation must take a new look at gun control", rather than wait 5 days on the NRA to give them a direction?

Republicans in Washington don't know what to do about any issue until they are told by their filthy rich sponsors what to do. The nation is becoming more and more absatined from the extremism of the bought and paid for righties in D.C.

2014 will be a very interesting election. Even some Republicans are trending towards voting for Dems over Republicans because they fear the lefties less.

Really? Then why did the Supreme Court rule it a tax? Just pulled it out of the backside?

No. It was argued for by Obama’s lawyers. Otherwise Obamacare would have died when the mandate was found unconstitutional.

You stated,“2% of Americans.” The payroll tax is imposed on all working Americans.

As for the rest… It remains to be seen right?

What I stated wasn’t an insult; it was a statement of observation.

FEARS, frankly, are stupid, because they render a person inadequate, and unable to be affective. Fears of guns that motivate to remove Constitutional rights are also stupid, because there will be more government control and less freedom for the American citizen.

Well it looks like the gun debate went all to pot.
I guess the pro gunners will just go ahead and win then? Ok good.
I'd like to wrap things up with a great video of grandpa on fire with his revolver. He don't need no stinking magazine anyways.

As teabaggers buying guns in a frenzy because "Obama's gonna take all my guns".

Yes, that kind of fear is STUPID.

And STUPID people with guns are even scarier, that would include teabaggers.

Across the country Saturday, there were similar rallies by gun-rights advocates. In Brooksville, Fla., about 1,000 people gathered holding signs like "Stop the Gun Grabbers."

Five people were wounded in accidents at gun shows in North Carolina, Ohio and Indiana on Saturday, according to authorities.

In Raleigh, N.C., authorities said three people were wounded when a loaded shotgun accidentally discharged at the Dixie Gun and Knife Show at the N.C. State Fairgrounds.

In Medina, Ohio, an exhibitor at a local gun show was opening a box containing a gun when the weapon went off, striking his partner, who was sitting next to him.

In Indianapolis, state police said a 54-year-old man was loading his .45 caliber semi-automatic gun when he shot himself in the hand, The Associated Press reported.

These incidents all happened on the first "National Gun Appreciation Day," which was organized by Political Media, a Republican consulting firm.

1. Obamacare could have easily been deemed unconstitutional by the SCOTUS, in fact most people on both sides of the issue at the time fully expected it to be kicked back. But instead, for whatever reason the Chief Justice who was appointed by Bush and is undeniably a right "leaning" Justice decided to FIND A WAY to uphold Obamacare as Constitutional. He did so by calling it a tax, therefore getting around the unconstutionality of the interstae commerce laws.

Okay?- It was The Republican Chief Justice who juggled some words and upheld Obamacare by calling it a tax. Blame him.

2. Again, the payroll tax holiday was a tax "cut" by Obama that expired in two years as scheduled. Grover Norquist will even tell you that's not a tax hike. It's exactly what Norquist and Republican leadership was saying in the last week of this past December when facing the cliff dive.

Here's a 35 second video,... let's ask Grover to explain this to us ...

Lol. The blame is on him but it would have been deemed had it not been argued for. That was Obama. The court doesn't just do something for nothing.

But what do you care? It's what you want. Socialist health care.

UPPER GWYNEDD TWP., Pa.-
A Montgomery County cop has been hurt after literally shooting himself in the foot.

It happened around 10:45 Tuesday morning at the Hatfield Police Pistol Range on County Line Road in Hatfield Township.

Police say Upper Gwynedd Township Police Sergeant Stephen Gillen was removing his gun from his holster when it accidentally went off.

A bullet struck Gillen's foot.

Investigators say Gillen was undergoing his annual firearms training.

A deputy U.S. Marshal suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound when a gun accidentally went off at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office shooting range in St. Petersburg, authorities said Wednesday.

A group of U.S. Marshals Service employees were conducting shooting exercises when the gun went off, officials said. The deputy marshal, whose name was not released due to the officer's current work assignment, was shot in the upper leg and was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

A Baltimore police officer was injured at police headquarters on Sunday after a gun the officer was handling during an evening roll call meeting fired, according to Baltimore police.

Emergency responders were called to the rear of the building in the 500 block of E. Baltimore St. downtown shortly after 6 p.m. for the shooting, said Anthony Guglielmi, a police spokesman.

The officer sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries when the gun discharged, Guglielmi said. The incident is now under investigation, he said.

People sure need to be smarter about a lethal weapon.

A couple of things are different, they were trained and they were licensed.

They can lose their privilege to practice medicine because of "accidents" and usually do.

Unless a gun owner commits a felony, they can continue to exercise their "right" just as long as it is reported as an accident.

What my military service has to do with it, YOU ASK? Look kid, real life is out there, experience, living at its fullest. I know more about guns than everyone here and guns are needed to protect our values like liberty. And every time I shoot some crazy muslim, I save a young girl's ass, literally.

We cant remove guns from the people and turn into pussies. Accept what Adam Lanza did and move on, son.

HA!!!

That's enough right there to prove you're sqwak'n out your "eeks". You aren't any more a military man than Wayne Lapierre's draft dodging self. Military personel are the first to know that IN FACT what you just said is so anti-military that it's considered an insult.

You should be ashamed.

You come here claiming to be a war hero "saving girls asses" by killing "crazy Muslims" which is absolutely NOT an honorable way a soldier would represent his brothers in arms in literary terms.

I'd sooner believe you are a crazy gun owner who believes he fought in a war after watching the Audie Murphy Story on TMC.
