lets keep the drunks on the road this woman should still be jail if this is her third.
But we not want to deprive her of her right to kill while drinking
Any this is her personal right to drink and drive and we should not interfer with her rights. The Tea party will go after you.

Got news for you, Bill. The Tea Party gang would have taken her straight to jail and kept her there. We are MADD and others along with Tea Partiers, and we're SICK about the criminal drunks (and other criminals) who are constantly being let off because of their "rights" - while law-abiding citizens are carted off because they were trying to protect themselves! See the articles about the Leadville woman who is dead because her stalker was free on bail, and the elderly Wheat Ridge man who faces jail time while the men who tried to steal his property are being protected! We are the ones who want "illegal" to mean just that, and those who do illegal things to be jailed, deported, or whatever the LAW says is supposed to happen to them when they BREAK IT.

You can bet they'll outlaw vanilla extract before they outlaw illegals.

C'mon!! You're not serious, are you?!
That's the best kind to bake with!! Imitation vanilla is no good.
If they outlaw vanilla, they'll have to outlaw NyQuil, too.
By the way, have you heard where kids are getting high on ground nutmeg?
Good grief -- vanilla, nutmeg -- pretty soon they'll have to outlaw all baked goods!!

Hope the house and senate in Missouri don,t read this article.
If they do they will write a bill so the home maker, will have to go the the state and get a permit to make cookies above all the home maker will get MAD
and stop baking and the state will have cookies imported from china so we can all get sick.
But that,s how the house and senate operate in Missouri

I was hit head on by a drunk driver in 06, it was not his first offence, he had empty bottles of beer and whisky in the back seat of his car, killed hin cousin who was with him, and seriously injured myself and the two other people in my car.....No jail time...No insurance.....Nothing. It does not matter what people are using to get drunk on, it's the fact they get behind the car with no regard for anyone else. I have no pitty for anyone who gets behind the wheel of a car who has been drinking anything.
