Excuse me but I was not home when all of this happened. I would have called the police if I were home. It's really sad that this happened to her and I don't think that anyone should be judging anyone that is commenting on this tragic incident.

Wow, this is a really scary cause i live there 2 bldgs over and am a single mom. Out of all places i have lived, this is the only place that i have ever encountered soo much drama. We need to find a better way to make this place a better and safer place. This is why i am going back to school ,because i want to get into criminal justice.
My child has a friend in that building and not sure if he knows the woman who died. I sorry for the loss of someones child, sister, and/or mother. My heart goes out to you!!!

This is very scary. I live in the townhomes across the street where a couple was killed less than two years ago by a crazy neighbor. I feel like this area has become very unsafe with two murders in less than two years. What hate people must have inside them to commit such acts. My prayers are with the family of the victim who so sadly and abrubtly lost her life.

these appts have security. but all they are concerned with is booting peoples cars. they protect nothing because they booted that lady three times in the last month and didnt report anything. they are worthless and protect no one! the security knew she was having problems and they didnt do anything! these appts dont care about residents all they want is the money from the boots! call the office and complain!!!! get some real security for starters and maybe we wouldnt have so many problems!

i also live in the town houses across the street, ive lived here for a little less than 2 years, and i cant even count how many times police and other emergency personnel have been to the apartments across the street. It is rediculous that people have to result to murder over arguements. Whats even more rediculous is that this had to happen on thanksgiving day, a day to be thankful. I hope whoever did this is served justice. My thoughts go out to the family she left behind so tragically.

We heard of the news last night in California. Her family is in shock that this ever happened. My heart goes out to her kids and her family. She was a very nice lady. She only wanted the best for her family. The coward who did this needs to turn himself in and take responsibility for what he did. I pray they find him and justice is serve to the fullest. A eye for an eye.

theres no words to discrcibe how we feel and the hardest thing for me was telling our 2 children what had happen 2 their mother. When i last saw Claudia on thanksgiving Day at 3 oclock she said bye to the kids n she turn to me and gave me a big hug like she didnt want to let go. Thats when i ask her if she was ok n she said yea im ok and that was my last memory of her. May god rest her soul. We Love You Claudia Ceballos.

This feels like a big nightmare to all of us,I cant stop thinking how much of of a coward and P***y this guy is to do such a thing and just run off and disappear. Claudia was such a nice person she welcomed us with open arms when me and my family needed a place to live any favor we would ask her, she would never say no, I pray to GOD that this SOB is caught and pays for what he has done to my wife's sister.Hopefully someone knows his whereabouts and turns him in. May you rest in peace Claudia.

I guess the same goes for all the friends, family, and neighbors. If you've heard them arguing or know them, I think it's your responsibility to pass on anything you have to the cops. What you know might be nothing, but it might also bring a killer to justice.

My family in Cali, I am so sorry for your loss. Words cannot describe how I feel at this time but I do know that I am hurting deeply as you all are. I am also sorry I can't be with you in this time of sorrow, But I am praying for you all for God to give you comfort and strength. Claudia may you rest in peace with the good lord. May justice be served. I love you all
