Yup - this is one of the biggest problems with mexicans in america. Their stupid macho culture glorifies drunk driving and speeding and endangering others on the highways. We need to stop all immigration from Latin america and we can easily do that if we take away their benefits and job opportunities. But our congresscriminals won't do that because they're all taking bribes from Business to support illegals.
