Even Gilligan would know that you don't put 15 people on a 25 foot sailboat. And no life jackets? Well, okay, maybe Gilligan would have let that slide. But its obvious that the owner of the boat in the story makes Gilligan look like the Professor by comparison.

Hey, don't you think the boat was full of drunk, stupid Americans? That's right, outrageous stupid acts done by people born right here! Can you imagine? Something we can't blame on immigrants or minorities! That kind of takes all the fun out of this story!

Now I have sailed for a major part of my life. I slowed down when it came to going after my dream career of flying professionally. Through both of them I have learned that if the container can safely hold a certain number, that is the maximum number, which you can safely carry. I wonder where the 15 people sat on the 25-foot sail boat and how did the boom come across the boat when he changed tacks?

I didn't see anything in this story that indicated these were drunk Americans. If you are making an assumption because it was a sail boat on Dillon, then OK, I see your point. If you want to see a boat overloaded with drunk Mexicans and water lapping up over the gunwalls, you need to look no farther than Chatfield.

I have a 22ft sail and I can not get 4 people on it without overcrowding. 15 people, last time I heard something so outragus was when those 20 mexicans fell out of a pickup truck comming down the tunnell approach.
