What's important is, you just got hosed for talking smack that has no substance. Now you want to cahnge subjects to what you think is "the real question here" ... a typical rightwing tactic.

You'll be needing to make it right now after being so mouthy. I don't care if you open the link or not, but you did.

You owe some apologies.

The Governor of NY was praising the Federal Response so far in this disaster today.

How about that as something positive about the Obama Administration?

If Bishop Romney were President there would not be a Federal Response.

Romney stands by pledge to shut down FEMA

While millions of Americans are bracing for damage and power outages from the wrath of Hurricane Sandy, they should know that this may be the last time they get help from FEMA. Mitt Romney does not support federal aid for disaster relief and wants to get rid of it.

According to Romney, FEMA is not worth spending federal dollars on and it should be cut from the budget.

What did FEMA do for Colorado when the state was on fire?

"Christie, a prominent surrogate for GOP candidate Mitt Romney, said Obama had moved quickly to help designate his state a disaster area to better expedite federal assistance.

“The federal government’s response has been great. I was on the phone at midnight again last night with the president, personally, he has expedited the designation of New Jersey as a major disaster area,” said Christie, in an interview with NBC’s “Today.”

“Last night, I was on the phone with FEMA at 2 a.m. this morning to answer the questions they needed answered to get that designation and the president has been outstanding in this. The folks at FEMA,[Administrator] Craig Fugate and his folks have been excellent,” he continued."

"Romney has proposed a budget that includes across-the-board cuts on federal programs, with the exception of defense and entitlement programs, as a way of curbing the growing federal deficit. But he has not said specifically where those cuts would be. Asked if FEMA's budget could be on the list for potential cuts, Henneberg did not comment."

A yes or no answer is needed. Classic Mitt Campaigning with no real answers on the tough questions. More of this "I have a plan" but I can't tell you what it is until I win the election crap..lol.

LOL..Yea like waiting for the promises of 4 years ago ???lol It doesnt matter what plan Romney has its still better than the last four years of going down hill.
Obamas only plan was to give out money to black organizations as fast as he could before he gets the boot for fooling you all in to thinking he could be a leader. You all could have picked a better choice for the first black president. You should have picked someone that would have done something for ALL America not just blacks. Obama is not a leader .hes just a speech maker not an actual doer.

Awe, Snipper is upset I used part of his article against him. Maybe you should completely read it before you post it next time..ROFLMAO!!

Going downhill..huh? Housing market prices increasing for months now, unemployment on the way down after over a 10% peak. I'd say things are better than they were, unless you are using GOP math..lol.

The only thing going downhill now are the chances your guy gets elected. Why would anyone HOPE that things get worse just for the benefit of a political party is something I can never understand. You right wingers sit daily just hoping for bad news for America just to benefit Romney's chances of getting elected. I call those folks traitors.

Back to Romney cutting FEMA funding. All it would take to clear up Romney's FEMA comment is a Yes or No answer.

Bishop Romney's camp has never flat out denied they would cut funding for FEMA.

Why didn't you just say, "I hate Obama because he's black"? It would have taken you less time to make your point, and less time for me to read it.

President Obama could have single handedly found the cure for cancer, brought peace to the entire mid-east region, brought unemployment down to 1%, paid off the debt, and put every kid in college free of charge and you righties would still squirm at night knowing that the Obama's could be making whoopie in the Ronald Reagan bedroom.

Fortunately for manking, nature has a way of weeding out people like you over time. Each day more like you go away and are replaced by innocent kids who will not be like you.

Quick 9th grade civics lesson: The POTUS can't cut funding for anything. Something like that would originate in the House and then get passed over to the Senate for consideration before finally arriving on the president's desk, most likely as part of a larger bill, that he would then sign or veto. A funding reduction can be recommended in the president's budget but congress determines whether it remains or gets voted out. HIGHLY UNLIKELY that any president would hold up a trillion-dollar budget over FEMA.
