Federal prosecutors say a Denver pharmacy has agreed to pay $87,500 in fines to settle allegations that it violated laws meant to help keep drugs out of the hands of abusers or street dealers.
Why should a pharmacy be required to serve as an informant? I guess dea agents expect others to do their jobs for them! It is time to disband this rogue agency! Kudos to the pharmacy for their respect of the privacy rights of patients!
