Lower tuition for immigrants becomes law in Colorado

Immigrant students will pay significantly less in tuition at Colorado colleges under legislation signed by Gov.
This is a deceptive headline. They pay what other students in the state pay rather than out of state. And, of course, they lie about their parents income on the financial aid applications so they probably never pay anything anyway.
