Yes, yes, yes. Everyone will have the opportunity to accept or to reject Christ. Now, if someone rejects Him while they are alive and have the opportunity to accept, I can't say there will be a "last call" after death. I wouldn't bet my eternity on it, but I don't know. I do know that He loves us more than we could imagine, so I hope the rejection people choose in this life is because they can't truly understand, and that He might reveal Himself in a way that human words never could, so that they could then believe and accept.

I have grieved for my dad, because he was a hard, often cruel man. However, in his own way, he loved us deeply. I kind of think his cruelty and ignorance were
revealed to him at his death. At that point, when he finally understood, I don't doubt that his heart broke when he realized the depth of pain he caused. My hope is that I will see him in heaven, because I know he would have repented if he had only understood.

Thank you for responding. There is so much in this world that is still wonderful.

<quoted text>From what I have read so far there are two types of Agnostic people. One is precisely as you said and the other is as I said. I certainly would prefer a life after death and since we came from somewhere I find that possible.
The truth is I simply can't say without a doubt what there will be after death and thus the reason I say that I am what is called a "Light Agnostic" in that I lean toward continued life.
This much I know; All humans are linked in relation making everyone a part of you and you a part of them. To do anything negative to anyone is to do it to yourself. To hurt yourself is to hurt everyone. OF ALL TIME!!!
So do I, NO GOD NEEDED. Energy cannot be made or destroyed but only changed in form. I have energy that when I die will change form or cease to exist. We could also live on as energy without any memory of this life.

More then that, all life on earth is linked to everything else including non life. We are nothing more then bags of elements that were all made in stars.

Even if there is no life after death the elements we are made of will in time be used to make another life. At least part of you will see life again.

There are two possible responses. First, it could be that those who have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ will go to hell. Second, it could be that those who have never heard of Jesus Christ and the gospel will be judged in a different way than those who have heard of Jesus.

I have grieved for my dad, because he was a hard, often cruel man. However, in his own way, he loved us deeply. I kind of think his cruelty and ignorance were

The Bible does not tell us specifically about what happens to those who have never heard. But it does say that Jesus is the only way to salvation.

Acts 4:12
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

If it is possible that someone who has not heard the gospel can be saved, it must be through Jesus Christ and him alone.

John 14:6
Jesus said to him,“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me.

But, it could not be that a person who is not heard of Jesus can make it to heaven based upon being good since that would violate the scriptural teaching that no one is good.

Rom. 3:10-12
as it is written:“None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands, no one seeks for God. All have turned aside, together they have gone wrong; no one does good, not even one.”

Absolutely. And I acknowledge that my meager understanding cannot fathom the way our Father will address the situation of one who has never heard. But I do believe he will address it, and that all will have the opportunity to choose.

I just want to spread the message in Love, not condemnation. He came to save us, not to condemn us. An honest, easier to accept, message of welcome to broken spirits in search of salvation.

Although I do not believe in any gods.Don't make any sense for an all loving god to place anyone in hell to be tortured for the rest of time.

Thank you for the kind words. The concept of Hell terrifies me, but I accept its existence.. Again, out of my range of comprehension, but I do know there is evil in this world that eventually must be bound.

I hope that one day you will believe. I respect deeply your honesty. I am lucky that I never lost my awareness of God's existence. I am such a questioner that it would have been difficult for me to accept later in life, so I can understand your disbelief. I love that you are a thinker and a seeker of knowledge. I doubt I will ever make it to Colorado. Please forgive me if I pray you will one day believe and we can have a "remember when we talked in 2013..." Visit in Heaven one day!(Cheeky grin here)

"Good" and "Evil" are subjective terms. Thats why we have so many sayings like:

One man's logic is another man's chaos... One man's food is another man's poison... One man's pleasure is another man's pain... One man's good is another man's evil...

Those men that flew planes full of people into building were doing good in their eyes.

LOL… We all know how much you hate “the biblical” beliefs on any level, in favor of your far superior belief of “that humans will do the right thing.” Which has no basis. And it’s obvious you want to distract from the American issues because of your sad belief in socialism and mass government. Showing the your hate for Christians and Liberty is all of who you are… Sad, but true.

Lets get one thing straight Its believing the bible literal is what is dangerous not a belief in God. AKA religious fundamentalism no matter the kind is bad from Mormons in Colorado Arizona to to Christian terrorist Eric Robert Rudolph Centennial Olympic Park bombing, as well as subsequent attacks on an abortion clinic and a lesbian nightclub to Hutaree Christian Militia group arrested for conspiring to kill police officers and wage a Christian war.

You won't answer,"Do you deny a belief in the biblical global flood where all earths animals were saved on board a big wooden boat with a dude named Noah?"

It does have bases. History shown Christians use the bible to justify actions they KNOW are wrong but in time stop the wrong actions and move forward to be more social animals.

Bible was used to keep women from voting, blacks as slaves, mix race couples from marring and now are losing on gay rights.

I've been the religious route and I did a 180% turn to the route you are following now. I still think that YOU make the most sense you come from pure and simple logic. It takes more thought, understanding, and self awareness to except what you have then most people think.

BUT... if you go just a little bit further and start thinking about where you came from and how when you were a child you realized that you actually know all there is to know except the things that pertain to life on earth then suddenly everything can start turning around again. This makes sense as all things are a circle and not a line. Everything ends at the beginning or begins at the end.
Thus my conclusion that while here on this planet we simply cannot come to an understanding of God. If we could then we would be there and not here. What I mean is I think we knew God before we came here and we will know God again after we leave but in the mean time are hands are full understanding the very elements we are made up of. Loll I put FAR to much in FAR to few words and I am sure I look like an idiot:):)

It's not surprising that such a thought never entered your little mind. Original thoughts never enter little minds. The point is, I'm not surprised that a chink like you would disagree with my statements. You realized a long time ago, that whites are better in every way, compared to your kind, and thus you are here today trying to moralize to vastly superior people (I'm a self-made millionaire pizza-boy) like me. We're not on the same level in any way. Don't get too tough.

“Lets get one thing straight Its believing the bible literal is what is dangerous” You have shown no evidence of this.“not a belief in God. AKA religious fundamentalism no matter the kind is bad from Mormons in Colorado Arizona to to Christian terrorist Eric Robert Rudolph Centennial Olympic Park bombing, as well as subsequent attacks on an abortion clinic” How many abortion clinic attacks have the been in US history?

“and a lesbian nightclub” How many in history?“to Hutaree Christian Militia group arrested for conspiring to kill police officers and wage a Christian war.” How many in history and how many Christians rallied around them? You are afraid of evil, not Christians.

“You won't answer,"Do you deny a belief in the biblical global flood where all earths animals were saved on board a big wooden boat with a dude named Noah?"” Like I have told you before, I believe in the Bible cover to cover. It’s hysterical how you try to say what I believe based on your sad, misunderstood, and ignorant view of the Bible.

“It does have bases. History shown Christians use the bible to justify actions they KNOW are wrong but in time stop the wrong actions and move forward to be more social animals.” This is a fallen word and full of sin... The Bible and History affirm this.

“Bible was used to keep women from voting, blacks as slaves, mix race couples from marring and now are losing on gay rights.” The Bible was used to fee slaves, to allow women to vote, and to judge people by the content of the character and not the color of their skin. This Counrty founded on Judeo-Christian values has been a haven and very safe place for gays to live and flourish.

“In Sundays Denver paper a story on how Colorado is fast becoming one of the countries least religious states.” Makes you happy? Are they coming to your belief “that humans will do the right thing.”? At least I believe in a Book that has support from science and history and thank God all you need is faith to complete the picture. Your belief “that humans will do the right thing.” is founded on nothing...

It’s obvious you want to distract from the American issues because of your sad belief in socialism and mass government. Showing the your hate for Christians and Liberty is all of who you are… Sad, but true.
