Colorado Legislative Committee Votes Against Pot Protectionism
This week the joint legislative committee working on implementation of Amendment 64, Colorado's marijuana legalization initiative, struck a blow against pot protectionism by rejecting a requirement that retailers grow at least 70 percent of what they sell.

Over taxed will leave MJ in the black market. I would rather remain incognito and avoid the taxes for a better price. I will not pay more just to pad the pockets of our governments.
