The German court has been trying to deflect German Nazi war guilt by going after John Demjanjuk instead of prosecuting Germany's own admitted, unrepentant, genuine, ethnic Nazi German SS-men mass murderers such as Samuel Kunz.

The hypocritical German prosecutors actually had the chutzpah to call psychopathic and remorseless Samuel Kunz as a witness against John Demjanjuk, who has always declared his innocence.
