I have always thought that Germany should NOT ban Scientology, it gives the "church" of Scientology too much importance and stature - which it does NOT deserve.

That being said, this was definitely a Pyrrhic victory for Scientology. The German government found that, while the Church of Scientology *IS* anticonstitutional, it was too *INSIGNIFICANT* to be an actual threat.

So Scientology "won" because, although they ARE a bad organization, they're too small and too weak to bother with. LOL!
