Congratulations! To the 'Alpha Females" who are earning 4% more than their quieter co-workers over a lifetime based on a 40- year career. It pays to be dominant and act like men in their workplace.

Why does a woman have to act "manly" to earn more? Do we really have to scratch ourselves and be pushy and rude to get ahead? And if so, why exactly?

That is such total BS! These women don't act more 'manly'; they are simply people who get the job done. And then there are those who just sit out their time; well no, they don't make as much and don't get promoted. The same holds true for man.
