The paintings, especially farm scenes, would be great for paper training puppies!

All controversial historic items need to be destroyed! They have negative value since they hurt people's feelings! If someone pays me a few thousand dollars I'll be sure to put these in the same safe where I have all that "broken and unwanted" gold I have been so nice to take off people's hands for pennies on the dollar.

ps - bwaaaaaahahaha

If any of you BOTHERED, these paintings are quite good. Hitler may be burning in hell, but there's no reason that his paintings should.

He was quite a talented artist before his deep rooted mental illness ruined his creativity. I'm torn whether the art should be admired for what is or despised for whom the artist is.

My guess is that Adolf Obama will buy these pictures and hang them high in the oval office as a reminder of the power SOCIALISM. Moreover, I bet the commie ACLU will force us all to take down any pictures that aren't SOCIALIST in nature and depict anything resembling religion.

My understanding was that Hitler was not a good enough artist to make a living at it, and that he blamed others for this problem. I imagine the paintings are as good as any of the "primitives" my grandmother painted in her senior years. They hang in my house because she painted them, not becasue they are great art. Whoever buys Hitler's paintings will see them the same way.

Hitler was a Socialist?

It didn't take long for you to be the first idiot to turn this thread into an "Obama" issue.

Before you embarrass yourself any further, maybe you should look into the distinct differences between Socialism, Communism and Fascism.

Quite well read here. Remember? We already had this discussion. I was lucky enough to get away from the coal regions in time to get a real education. You? Well, as evident by your classy handle and all your drivel on these threads, it just proves that you can't fix stupid.

Now, to address your response: I've read Mein Kampf. In English and German.
As usual, you missed the point. I called the idiot out for making this into an Obama issue and challenged him (it) to make a distinction between something.
Stop being his lap dog and maybe HE'LL "go read a book".

Hitler was a talented painter, didn't have connections to get into a certain school, but Churchill, who was aware of Hitler all along, following the threat before just about anyone else, was an extremely talented painter.

Churchill was his superior in every way.

Instead he gave up his passion for art and replaced it with motivated genocide ... just lovely.
