German police arrested the mother of three infants whose bodies were found stuffed into a basement freezer, a prosecutor's spokesman said Monday.

Germany like all the western european countries is way more liberal than the United States and you're blaming liberals for our higher murder rate?

And your comment about criminal justice and victim justice. Liberals just want to protect INNOCENT people who are accused. That's how our system was designed to err on the side of keeping innocent people from being punished by the state, because our founding fathers knew that the state was a lot more dangerous than any criminal. If there's enough evidence liberals do agree with restraining the perpetrator. As for victim justice that's called "civil law". There are two law systems, criminal and civil. Criminal law is about deterring people from crime and locking people up to protect everybody else. Civil law is about paying back the victim. In any crime with a victim the victim can sue and if a criminal trial finds the defendent guilty you're almost guaranteed that the civil trial will since civil trials have a lower burden of proof.
