From since 2009...the Greeks have been suggesting these actions Draghi is taking right now but for Germanic objections!

We had to wait 3 years for an Italian to do what should have been done by the German!

Is that leadership or is it Germanic shortsightedness...unable to see past their efficiency figures, competiveness figure and productivity figures.
